Traffic accidents in Ohio occur hundreds of times every day. These crashes can, and often do, lead to serious injuries and some accidents are even life-threatening in nature. Each year, more than 60,000 people are hurt and more than 1,100 are killed in traffic crashes. While the cause of every accident must be carefully investigated, most collisions occur because of the negligence of at least one of the drivers involved.

Following a serious Ohio car accident, it is important to have a full understanding of your legal rights. If you or a family member have been impacted by a crash, you could be entitled to receive compensation for your injuries.
