Dayton, OH (January 28, 2024) – Officials in Dayton responded to the scene of a car accident with injuries. The crash took place around 10:40 p.m. on Interstate 75 near the North Main Street off-ramp.

According to a report from the scene, three vehicles, including an ambulance, were involved in the crash. One car swerved into another before striking the ambulance. Serious injuries were reported, along with possible entrapment. Two people were taken by CareFlight to Miami Valley Hospital. Two others were taken to Kettering Health for treatment. There is no word on the identities of the injured victims and it is unclear if any charges are expected to be filed.

The road was temporarily closed while police investigated the crash and cleared the area. Motorists were advised to use caution. The accident remains under investigation. There is no further information available.
