Greenville, OH (January 9, 2024) – Police in the Greenville area were called to the scene of an car accident involving injuries on Tuesday, January 9th. The crash happened around 10:00 a.m. in the 1500 block of Wagner Avenue.

According to a report from the scene, an SUV was traveling in the parking lot of a shopping center at Wagner Avenue. For unknown reasons, the SUV collided with a building in the shopping center and traveled through the front of a Great Clips salon. The car struck a customer inside the salon, resulting in serious injuries. The customer was transported to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment of their injuries. Their identity has not been released at this time. There were several other customers inside the salon at the time of the incident but no other injuries were reported.

Police are still investigating the incident at this time and have not released any information regarding the driver. There are no further details available.
