Greene County, OH – Four Hurt in Two-Car Crash on SR-72

Greene County, OH (July 27, 2024) – A serious accident happened in Greene County on Saturday morning, July 27. The crash was reported around 8:30 a.m. along State Route 72 near River Road.

According to officials, there were two cars involved in the crash. The Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to investigate the accident. A total of four people suffered injuries. Three victims were transported to Springfield Regional Medical Center, and one was taken to Miami Valley Hospital. All of the motorists suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Details on the cause of the accident are limited, and no one involved has been identified. The incident is still under investigation, and it is unclear if any charges are expected.
