Miamisburg, OH – Injuries Reported in Crash on I-75 near W. Central Ave.

Miamisburg, OH (May 17, 2024) – The Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a car accident with injuries on Friday morning, May 17th. The accident happened just after 7:00 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Interstate 75 near Austin Boulevard.

Police say that the incident involved two cars. Injuries were reported following the crash, however there is no information on the nature or the extent of the injuries sustained. No one involved in the accident has been identified. Troopers did not release any details on how the crash occurred nor did they say if any charges would be filed. The two right lanes of the highway were closed while the crash was investigated but later reopened. During this time, motorists were asked to avoid the area and to find an alternate route of travel if possible. The accident remains under investigation. There is no further information available at this time.
